The Zhongda Active Wellness Community is the manifestation of “health is the new wealth”. By promoting an aspirational and interactive residential lifestyle, it delivers a balanced lifestyle that is often hard to achieve.
Connecting with nature, the Community was designed to reflect “the luxury of time and the luxury of choice”. The use of organic materials throughout is to capture the Scandinavian appreciation of wood to create a natural harmony. The purity of materials creates a sense of comfort that allows people to feel secure, focus on health and well-being, and to rejuvenate the mind and spirit after years of career challenges. At the heart of the design is its accessibility. Residents are able to enjoy a worry free experience.
