Canton Bistro is a sophisticated Cantonese diner featuring the specialties of Shunde cuisine; the contemporary restaurant emphasises the provenance and sustainability of its ingredients. With that ethos in mind, the interiors have been created with modern Chinese elements.

The interiors are warm and welcoming, taking inspiration from traditional Chinese and Hong Kong design and giving them a contemporary spin. Chinese contemporary setting  with wooden furnishings, features such as Chinese vases and imperial teapots, and special touches such as mood lighting to create a warm and approachable ambience.
